Dr. Gatto performed fusion surgery on my lower back. I had been in debilitating pain with leg pain and foot drop. Since the surgery I am pain free, my foot is back to normal function, and I am thrilled with the result. Dr. Gatto is kind, patient, and took as much time as I needed in post op visits to answer all my questions and explain everything in terms I understood. I would recommend Dr. Gatto to anyone who needs spinal procedures. He's the best!

I was recommended to Dr. Gatto by my husband. Dr. Gatto had performed neck surgery on my husband a few years ago and he was so happy with the outcome, he told me that Dr. Gatto should be the only Orthopedic I should have look at my neck, when I started having issues. So, I made an appointment. At first, I met his Physician Assistant, Tanya Lugo who went over my x-rays and MRI in detail and then performed a physical to test my strength and mobility. She was awesome and very patient with me. I liked her a lot. Then, Dr. Gatto came in and his recommendations were on point. He understood what I already tried and talked me through my options and what his best recommendations would be. I am only at the beginning of my treatment with him but so far, he has turned my pessimism into optimism.

I had emergency back surgery. Dr. Gatto was very proactive about seeing me in the hospital pre & post surgery. His staff was proffesional & attentive to my needs. Very happy with the care provided by Dr. Gatto and his team.

I would highly recommend Dr Gatto as a spine surgeon. I have had 4 surgeries with him over the past 2 years, for numerous fusions, and i am no longer in pain and can function considerably better. Dr Gatto took the time to listen, address my individual needs and ordered additional testing so he was able to have a clear picture of exactly what was going on prior to surgery. Dr Gatto provided explanations of the upcoming surgical procedures, and he even called me at home, after hours, to answer and explain questions I had, so I was able to sign the surgical consent with an educated understanding. When I had a post-surgical complication Dr Gatto knew immediately what the issue was, addressed the problem and was very calm and attentive, giving me the assurance that everything would be ok.
