Dr. Charles Bradford Giffin

My mom broke her shoulder and was given an appointment by the hospital to see Dr. Giffin. Was told when she got there the appointment time was wrong and they would see her next. That was at 915. Finally was seen after 1200. So she sat there with no pain meds. This is not the first time I have taken her there and waited over hour or more to be seen. I realize that sometimes problems arise. She is 82 yrs. Old and feel really upset that he or his staff could not work her in before 3+hours. And it's not like we live just around the corner. They should have just told her to go home and come back, instead of saying they would work her in. At 1000 they told her she was next. Thinking not since it was after 12 when they called her back. As her daughter I feel this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.

-Mayo trained - very good diagnostician-you sometimes have to wait a while for your visit, but once in there you receive Dr. G's full attention and time-Cares and it shows. Excellent follow up with patients.

I appreciate Dr. Charles Bradford Giffin highly for his accurate diagnosis. Accurate diagnosis saves not only time but lives.

For me, the most important thing in a physician is ability to connect dots. A doctor could have all the data, results of tests in front of him and yet see the results of tests only, unable to connect the dotes. Dr. Charlies Giffin is very good at connecting the dots, getting to the root cause of the problem, diagnosing sicknesses or diseases.
