My son passed away because this doctor decided that he could give him a narcotic the very first time that my son even went because of nerve. had he had looked Memorial Hospital records maybe he would have seen that his health could not take that kind of pill for nerves my son went in there for nerves and he gave him a narcotic the first time that he even seen him, colazapams how a doctor can do that to me is hes no more then a pill doctor who shouldn't be in buisness if my son had not gone to this guy he'd be alive today. Be responsible doctors. Don't give narcotics out first time you have a patient give them something that's not narcotic there's plenty out there.

Moved to the area from Pennsylvania. Dr Gruich came highly recommended to me so I called and set up an appointment. Got to my appointment on time. There was 1 person waiting in the waiting room. I was given a packet of papers for new patients. As I was filling out paperwork an elderly man came in who did not have an appointment. (They take walk-ins.)I finished my paperwork and since the other patient had been called back I figured I would be called next. I wasnt. The elderly man was called back before me. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be called. And I had an appointment! When the nurse took me back to the room she got right down to business. Not friendly but very professional. She left and he came in a few minutes later. I am diabetic and have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis. I do not take pain pills nor do I use any street drugs. I did need a script for my insulin. The dr asked me if I was a smoker and I told him I was. He then asked about my eating habits and asked me if i… thought i ate healthy. I told him I skip breakfast most days and do enjoy fast food and junk foods occasionally but most of the time I eat pretty healthy. Thats when he told me he cant help me because I do not care about my health. He made me feel like the most horrible person. I started to cry and very quickly left his office. I had allready paid my 30.00 coinsurance. And he did nothing for me but make me feel like the worst person who ever walked on this earth the way he talked to me. I will never ever recommend him to anyone. No wonder he only had 1 person in his waiting room at 2 in the afternoon. Never again!

Dr. Gruich has been my family doctor for 20 years. He is a very caring man and he has treated my family and me very well. His staff is friendly and he is very easy to get an appointment with.

He used to be a great doctor. He has changed in the last 10 years; he is impatient and rude now. He needs to retire.

I loved the personal level of care I received from the Dr. And his staff! I called the office and Dr Gruich answered the phone and discussed my results with me. I felt so comfortable there. I highly recommend him.

Incompetent staff. Doctor shows lack of concern or common courtesy for patient and seem incapable to make simple decisions concerning patient care.

WHAT A GREAT DOCTOR! HIM AND HIS STAFF WERE THE GREATEST, HE IS A DOCTOR THAT REALLY CARES ABOUT THE PEOPLE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
