Dr Gutierrez and staff were attentive and courteous. Had no issues with scheduling or waiting times.

Called on Monday at 10am to set an appointment as new client. Receptionist took my insurance info said she would call me back. Never got a time frame so called back at 4pm was told I would get a call back same day. Well...2 days later NEVER got a call back. Glad I came to read the reviews cause looks like I'm not the only one! I will not be wasting my time to keep calling to just set up an appointment. Glad I also came to read the reviews! Sounds like they dont know how to run a business.

I would put no stars if I could. The staff is rude and will put the finger in your face while they all huddle around the computer looking atFacebook. I showed up 45 mins early for my sons appointment and it's been over and hour since his appointment time and they are telling me I have another 45 mins. They over book like crazy. They have no sympathy that there are kids trying to sit here patiently even though they are here to be seen for lack of patience. They will close the window on you if you voice your concerns. The waiting area is tiny and smells and the floors arnt clean. I am not even sure how bad the doctor is yet since I have to wait over 2 hours to be seen. Dont come here. This place has a low rating for a reason.
