Dr. Charles Joseph Haddad, MD

my mom has been a patient of this man since the 80's, this week when she went for her appt the office staff acted as though she had made a mistake (her appt is every other month) and told her they had her down for sept but Dr Haddid would no longer be treating patients so she would need to call a doctor on the list they provided to her. She was able to get another appt a month away but now she is without her medications for a MONTH - after all these years they could have been more helpful to their elderly patient as my mom is now a nervous wreck. I'd give them less than a star if I could because of they way they have treated her after being with them for so long.

They have Always been Vert Good and Polite.

I have been a patient with Dr.Charles Haddad for over 30 years. would referee him to anyone I can. Has been with me through 2 births and with other health problem.

Dr Haddad has been my mom and dad's Dr for many years, When my dad passes Dr Haddad was as just as upset as we where.. When they moved to Kentucky they could call him for advice and he would get back in with them, when they moved back it was like they never left. He's more than a DR he's family.

Dr. Haddad is EXCELLENT! The Office staff always seems stressed out, not competent, often down right rude. Assistants in back where dr is located, do not always coordinate doctor's requests for the patient very well. they often have to be told or asked again and again (reminded) maybe they have too much on their minds. When I need an appointment with my primary care doctor for sickness, between my regular quarterly scheduled appointment, it is impossible to get an appointment with my primary care doctor, I have to see a PA or Nurse but yet I suspect my insurance company is billed for a doctor visit I feel sure. Again, Dr. Haddad is a wonderful physician!!!!!

We have been seeing Dr. Haddad since we moved here from a military transfer, and I would have to say that he is the best Family doctor that we had had in many years. His staff is always friendly and kind, and they treat their patients with the respect and kindness they deserve.
