Void Elizabeth Chou, PA at all costs! She is not knowledgeable, does not listen to you and wasted my time and money. I have contacted my insurance company regarding denying her payment.

I had an appointment eith Dr Halasz and he was generous in his time to talk to me and listened my concerns. I like his services as a Doctor. I can not have same opinion about his staff. Since a I walked through the door the front desk person with my first question got an attitude and turned rude to me and to the lady next to me. I need to see the doctor, and I thought maybe is not her day. I work in health field and I know that sometimes customer services turns difficult. But after that day I had to get back into the office couple times and talk to her about my insurace and my bill. And this young women gave me the worse experiences I ever have had in any health office. She was rude, she was not clear in her answers and got upset when I had another question. I never in my life did a review about any service before. But this one, I can not skip it. I finish my treatment and for next need for a dermatologist switch to another office, a friend of my invited me for a free skin test… there. And I love everything. The doctors and the staff. Never will get back to Dr Halasz office, due to a bad staff service. What a shame, because the location is very convenient for me.

Dr. Halasz is one of the few National Psoriasis Foundation-affiliated Dermatologists in Fairfield County, CT (my area). I have had consistently positive and constructive interactions with him and his caring staff. As with most doctors these days, Dr. Halasz has a busy schedule., so Psoriasis patients would do well to do some homework both before and after visits, e.g. research various treatment options (see NPF website) so you understand the pro's and con's. Dr. Halasz offers expert opinion and treatment options, and while he offers definite recommendations, he allows a patient to make his/her own informed choices. I appreciate this approach. In-office UVB light therapy is available and convenient. Highly recommended.

The office staff is rude and the wait was horrible. I went once and will NEVER go again or recommend anyone to this office. I would choose a different doctor in the area.

My doctor referred me to this doctor for skin rashes. He was completely unprofessional. He asked me irrelevant questions and made a number of inappropriate comments. I told him I had a number of gastrointestinal problems (among other issues). I left the office with some cream.I ended up going to an allergist who did blood and skin testing. The results showed allergies to milk and egg whites Of course when I stopped eating these foods the skin rashes and most of my other symptoms subsided. Don't waste your time.

Dr. Halasz is thorough and demonstrates much expertise in diagnosing and solving various dermatologic problems. I would define him as having a somewhat quirky but definitely caring manner. He's got a good sense of humor, and he's an expert at what he does.
