Dr. Charles Vernon Hatchette, MD

Dr. Hatchett’d staff is very knowledgeable and courteous from the receptionist to the PA. Dr Hatchette’s did surgery on my back a number of years ago with tremendous results. When I had some other back issues I knew that I did not want to see anyone but Dr Hatchette and his staff.

Dr. Hatchette took the time to be very thorough in analyzing my unusual symptoms and gave me a thoughtful direction on a plan to go forward. He determined my symptoms were not associated with my spine, but instead a gastrointestinal issue and referred me to an excellent gastroenterologist. His entire team were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Hatchette!

I have been a patient for 3 yrs. Dr.Hatchett is kind, optimistic, he listens without making me feel rushed. I just had a surgery and feel like a new person. Hes an incredible surgeon. I highly recommend. Hes amazing.

Dr.Hatchette has been a great doctor so far informing about my low back issues. Very empathetic and great bedside manner, and was happy to inform me about anything I had questions about my surgery/ies. The first surgery which helped give my nerve some room was successful in helping alleviate a little bit of my nerve pain and being able to walk around a bit more. I’m hoping this next surgery will fix the rest of the nerve issues and alleviate more of my pain in order to get back to some normalcy. Will report back later for the results!

I don't know what we would have done if it wasn't for Dr. Hatchett. He literally was able to get my husband to walk again. We went into his office on a gurney to discuss my husband's intensified pain and not being able to walk. Dr. Hatchett reviewed our MRI and said he could help us. And he did! He is so kind, compassionate and a wonderful, smart doctor. Thank you Dr. Hatchett for giving us our life back. Cathy Dillon

DR HATCHETT COULDHAVE TAKEN A KNIFE TO ME AND I WOULD HAVE BELIEVED IT WAS NECESSARY. HOWEVER, HAVING SEVERAL DISCUSSIONS WITH MY NEUROLOGIST CAUSED HIM TO DECIDE I NEEDED FURTHER TESTING DONE. HE HAS NOW REFERRED ME TO OHSU BEFORE HE MAKES A DECISION TO DO ANY KIND OF SURGERY. BOTH MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR HIM. SHOULD YOU NEED ANY KIND OF SURGERY, CONSIDER YOURSELF VERY FORTUNATE IF HE IS YOUR SURGEON. .
