Dr. Charles Eugene Kelly II, MD

Thorough, patient and quality care. Really wants to get to the source of medical conditions and is extremely thorough. He responds as an active listener, confirms that the "weird" questions I have get the response that makes sense, and has an incredible professionalism combined with "comfort" that is just outstanding. If you have a serious medical condition involving anything with his specialities, I would consider him a great advocate for your care. I love him and his staff!

He would not tell me want is going on. He said he will tell me when he gets more test. But I looked and it was the same blood test ever month. I want to be involved in my treatment not wait until the doctor deems it necessary to talk to me. The front staff never ordered my medicine, I had to continually remind them. They were rude to me a lot and I had to talk to the office manager about it.

He takes his time to listen to your concerns. He's very thorough and thinks about what your saying. He's a very outgoing doctor too!

Wait time almost 2hours..lots of tests but no real diagnosis. If you want to have a return call, wife steps in and he never calls patients back nack regardless of problem.

Saw this doctor in Lake Havasu. This is a satellite office (used only once a week), so I can forgive the less than neat and clean appearance. What I can not forgive is this Doctor's crudeness/totally unprofessional behavior! When a so called physicians asks you if you know about Chatsworth (in reference to where I grew up in CA.)? When the response was no, he responds with that's where they do PORN! What fricking doctor would say such a thing. In addition, his exam was borderline improper!
