HE WAS RUDE

I was in the hospital for 31 days and almost died because he didn't listen to me. He thinks he has all the answers.

I have been seeing Dr. King for over 10 years. He haas helped me a great deal. He is a great diagnostician and very conscientious.

Dr King is a good Dr that cares for his patients

I left the office in tears. I have never had a doctor speak to me that way. I waited in the office for 1 hour and 20 mins. He rushed through my appointment and then gave me an over the counter med. (something I have tried for the past 3 years) He said "I'll be right back" and never returned. There are other doctors with this specialty in the area. Do not go to him!

My husband and I are new patients. Dr. king spent as much time with us as we needed. We didn't feel rushed and he went over each item in our records and all of our questions. I would highly recommend Dr. King. We were very impressed.

This doctor does not care one thing about his patients. They were not able to give my loved one anesthesia because of alzheimers. He would not keep still and had small veins. That meant Dr. King was not able to do the procedure. He never came back into the room where we were to say one word. We waited and waited. I finally went out to ask when was he coming in so we could discuss what the next step was going to be. To my surprise they said, " He has gone to lunch," I said, "Gone to lunch?, how could he go to lunch when he has a patient and a family member waiting to see what can be done at this point. I went to get my loved one dressed. They must have told him I was upset. He came in and said, "What is wrong with you?" Trying to be nice, I said, "I am waiting on you." He said just continue to give him prevacid indefinitely because he will not let us do the procedure. I could not believe his attitude and lack of caring. Really, this is how I felt that he felt. " Oh,… this old man has Alzheimers, who cares, he's gonna die anyway." Maybe this is not how he felt but he sure acted as if he could care less. I just said okay. I wanted to act very nasty but decided not to do so. I, of course, got another doctor. He is Horrible. He may have gone to Wake Forest University but it did not do anything for his arrogant personality and hostile attitude. He is the PITS!

Dr.King is arrogant and comes across like he is only doing his job for money. Does not care about patient. Very disappointed in his demeanor and actions.

Bad, bad, bad! The place is sooooo out of date, dirty, freezing cold like there was no heating in the there, the nurse was terrible, the waiting time was way over an hour in the freezing cold, the exam was a joke...shall I go on?

Six years ago I had 6 surgeries in a month and almost died because Dr. King did not listen to me when I told him I thought I had diviticulitis and to give me a colonoscopy which would have proved me right. I am still suffering today and will continue to pay the consequences for his egotism and not listening to me.
