Dr. Charles C Kleinberg, MD

I don’t agree with some of the reviews on here that say the doctor is out for the almighty dollar. He is a little gruff at times but it’s part of his charm. He does show compassion. My only issue is he likes to work on one thing at a time. I have been to other dermatologists who will treat several things at one time making it a little easier on your schedule and your pocketbook. At the same time when I was without insurance he gave me a very reasonable rate so once again I don’t find it to be a money thing but I wish he would Be a little more willing to treat several things at once.

He takes time with you, listen to your question and answer them the way you could understand. I had a biopsy on my nose and need a second opinion about a surgery . I was scared, very scared and he was so nice talking to me that now I don't fell scared anymore and he told me to come back after the surgery.

Miss kleinberg is just very rude he needs to retire he does not use any pain medication and wants you to take pain when burning you with instruments please be very careful and dont waste your time on making an appointment.

Straight up GARBAGE of a doctor. Only cares about what type of Insurance you have. Would NOT RECOMMEND.

I was seen by Dr. Kleinberg several times, he is rude, his bedside manner needs plenty of work. He is out for the almighty dollar and no other reason. He doesn't care if the patient Is waiting or not, as long as he is on the phone or preoccupied with his personal life instead of the patient. His staff is limited and his office hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long. He is losing it and should have an assistant or just retire. I think maybe when he was younger he might have been a better doctor but now forget it. I would not recommend him to anyone not even my worst enemy never the less family.

MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS EXTREMELY POSITIVE. I WAS SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED BY THE COURTESY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER IN WHICH I WAS HANDLED. I WAS CAREFULLY DIAGNOSED AND DR. KLEINBERG EXPLAINED THE CAUSE OF MY PROBLEM AND PRESCRIBED THE CORRECT MEDICINE TO HELP ME. HE FOLLOWED UP ON MYSELF AND MY CONDITION. IT WAS, ALL IN ALL, A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

He is excellent at determining the problem and finding a solution There is no small talk after which is fine and expect to make your own follow-up appt, but he will cure what ails you.

Extremely poor service. Made an appointment for the first hour in the morning. Got there 10 min earlier, nobody answered the door. At the hour of the appointment nobody answered the door. Called the office phone, talked to a secretary from another floor(?), which transfered me to the doctor office's line. Nobody picked up. 25 min after the appointment went into the building - the waiting room was already full. Secretary said she's too busy to pick up phone or buzz patients into the building! Don't know anything about the doctor and its competence (left neutral rating), but secretary's behavior prompted me to advise prospective patients to avoid this practice.
