Excellent Dr-patient experience. Dr Klucka listened and also arranged for me to receive a medicine free of charge. He really goes above and beyond.

He spent a great deal of time with me to understand my illness.

The staff is rude and they just seem so overworked they can't be bothered with anything.

The only way to fix the staff issues at this office is to make a stand. This specialist is an hour from my home. Third time we have had scheduling issues, this time, drove down only to find out that they had AGAIN messed up the appointment, this time, putting it in the calendar for a totally different month than agreed. The answer was to come back at 1pm for a 9am appointment. Another 2 hour round trip drive for nothing. YOU MUST FIX THIS ISSUE, for goodness sake, fire somebody and hire pros, they are making you look really bad.

Never again...Don't do it!

I had a very pleasant experience with this doctor and his staff. I felt he understood my problems and helped me when no one else did. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

Well we are looking for a new doc and with a office mgr like the one said above we will keep up our search! The doctor has to know what's going on and has not stopped this type of behavior. NEXT!!!!!!

I'm a new snowbird patient with northern allergies needing shots every three weeks. Dr. Klucka has an office near where I live in Punta Gorda and was accepting new patients. He provided a thorough initial consultation, reviewed my allergist's letter, notes, and charts and then welcomed me as a patient. I'm quite pleased with his staff and especially with his pleasant and conscientious nurses. I'm a retired teacher, and he has earned his top grades from me.

General Manager is very discourteous to patients when the doctor is not looking.

I would recommend Dr. Klucka to anyone needing to consult with an allergist. I felt that he was kind, concerned, and spent an adequate amount of time with me.
