Not as good as I once thought. Empathy is gone and quality of work not as good. Time to retire. Cannot even make a decent denture anymore. His mistakes are now costing me a lot of money. I don’t recommend.

Weird situation going on here. Something must have happened. When you call you get a different name and a notification they are closed for renovations. Hmm ?? guess the dentist is no longer at this office. Very rude to not give patients notice and leave with incomplete dental work!

Dentist has lost his touch. Maybe due to his age and sale of his practice. Whatever you do don’t let him give you implants. He does not stand behind his bad work.

Just walk out from the office after five years going to him. He was removing a tooth and he wanted me to walk out without the temporary and I did not want to do that. He also wants to charge me $200 for a temporary tooth because is more work for him. I never heard something like that. To do a temp should not take more than 1/2 h

The Doc is really special. ...and so is his staff. ...your made to feel at ease....almost at home. ...If that's possible in a dental facility. ...His jokes and little stories keep you occupied as he works his painless magic on you. ....my Mom and I have been going to the Doc since 1965.....He has never caused me any pain. ...even with the dreaded needles..... .....we have moved to Prescott Arizona recently. ......when he did a convention in Scottsdale Az be came up to visit us in Prescott. ...He brought my my Mom a box of chocolates and a big kiss. ...that's what he's like. .... ...I still travel to Hollywood to get the Doc to work on me and for the great cleanings by hygienist Nella.... No I'm not related to Dr Mandell. .....just very happy to have him as a Dentist and friend
