I've always been an anxious individual. About two years ago, I ended up in a bad place mentally. I was blindsided in both my personal life and business life. I had a business deal go bad which cost me a lot of time and money and really hurt my abilities to trust individuals. It also sparked hatred, and frustration and anger. I happened to find Dr. Most online and decided to give him a visit. I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was extremely easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say. I was able to talk with him and get every thought out of my head without the fear of being judged. I realized that the mental state I was in was not a good place and would not end well on itâ??s own. It was obvious I was suffering from a nervous breakdown. I couldnâ??t eat, couldnâ??t sleep, and couldnâ??t do much of anything. My life was a mess and I was a horrible person to be around. I knew I needed help. I chose to see Dr. Most 3 times a week for about a year. That was… probably the most eye opening experience of my life. With Dr. Mostâ??s help, I was able to take a step back and learned how to analyze each situation I was facing in my life. He helped me analyze each layer of my thinking. This helped me to understand myself, my thought process and more importantly how I can use this new found knowledge to my advantage. He taught me how to find my true inner self which took time. Slowly but surely my confidence grew both as a person and as the businessman I knew I could be. My personal relationships improved dramatically. Best of all, my new business I started has become a huge success. I learned how to refocus my thoughts and behavior and learned how to alleviate the stress, anger and frustration I was going through. I was able to finally let go of the past and move forward, which was something I didnâ??t think I would be able to do. Itâ??s been a wonderful journey with many lessons learned that will easily last my entire life. Saw him a few times in the nineties. He tried to give me money during one session. I refused it and felt extremely ill at ease. I never went back. If there was a "zero stars" option I would have chosen that.
