Dr. Charles Gregory Nelson, MD

Dr. Charles Nelson specializes in internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and hospice and palliative medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. With four decades of medical practice, Dr. Nelson brings extensive experience to patient care. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Nelson practices at multiple locations throughout Kansas, including Stormont Vail Health and The University of Kansas Health System Saint Francis Campus in Topeka, as well as Saint Catherine Hospital in Dodge City and Topeka ER and Hospital. His expertise focuses on treating cancer-related conditions, including cervical and prostate cancers, with particular attention to managing cancer pain. He performs specialized procedures such as infusion therapy and intravenous chemotherapy to help patients through their treatment journey.
