Dr Penn is wonderful . He comes in and spends time with you .

I complained of feeling like what I thought was my liver hurt. He left then came back and felt the liver area then asked me to come with him. I did and when we got to the waiting room door he pushed me down that hallway by my shoulder. I just left. 2 years later I was diagnosed with NASH. It's a non-alcoholic, genetic liver disease. This guy will make fun of you to his nurse while he's behind your back. Beyond bad.

Doc and especially staff are very arrogant. Main nurse feels she controls the world and that she is the boss. *WHO IS* the customer here? They will not use email even though they have asked all in their practice to sign up for a secure email service. They will not fax. They will only call from a "BLOCKED" telephone number which most of us don't answer - and when you call back you get a voicemail. It's all very passive-aggressive. Other than infectious disease, doc is bordering on malpractice saying he is your general practitioner.

The most memorable thing was his earring. He didn't seem to have much time and seemed to have an arrogant attitude.

After surgery I had an infection that was misdiagnosed as bacterial by my surgeon, and then misdiagnosed twice in the ER. The medications they gave me only made it worse. When I went to see Dr. Penn, he diagnosed it correctly at the first glance, and gave me the correct medication to heal it.
