I am so very Blessed to find a doctor like Dr. Ouzts. Very professional, friendly and answered all my questions and cares very much for his patients. The nurses and the front desk employees are very nice. I have no issues with this clinic.

Dr. Ouzts was so kind and professional. He instantly made me feel calmer and was so patient with me and all of my questions. I am so grateful I found a doctor who I can trust and feel comfortable coming to. The nurses and front desk attendants were also so kind and welcoming.

My child has been seeing this quack for 6 months. Every time its for my Childs refill, I call, as instructed. The meds are either called into the pharmacy wrong or not at all. As of today, my pharmacist, along with myself called to confirm a call in refill. Charles Outz screamed at both of us, while on speaker, with a full pharmacy, saying it wasn't his job to refill my Childs prescription. It was not time for my child to go back for his quarterly follow-up, and he still refused to fill the prescription, and told me and the pharmacist that I would just have to tough it out with my child and wait until Friday, since his NP is the one who he assigned to treat my child, and she was out until Friday. Thank goodness I have a great neighborhood pharmacy that took control, and will be handling the matter via their own resources. The last I checked, the Doctors have authority over their own NP's. He will be reported and action will be taken.
