Dr. Charles Paul Roman, DO

The staff is rude and they don't even pretend to care about their patients. Will not return calls. Poor care and instruction from the doctor or np of staff Friday May 1st. No follow up instructions given. We were told someone would call but it's been 4 days and we have yet to hear from anyone in the office. I called them and they have no information on the test results from 4 days ago. Meanwhile, my daughter is in pain and without a referral can't go elsewhere.

They push multiple tests and appointments that you do not need. You can be on the same med for over 10 years with no problems and they want to see you back every 3 months. You can need a refill on the same med youve been on forever and they refuse to call it in, give an emergency supply or any thing until you come in. So they would rather you be out than to call in your blood pressure med. They rush through the appointment just to hurry you to schedule again with them. The list of complaints go on and on....

Have called 3 times in last 3 weeks and have yet to get called back

Dr Roman has been my doctor for over 15 years. He is so thoughtful and has a great bed side manner. He is pro active with ordering tests. He does not wait until I am really sick to order tests. He is truly a caring person and doctor.....MC

Been going to office for almost a year and I am not a doctor person ,but I will say everyone in Roman group are wonderful the girls in office are so nice and I never wait more then 25-30 mins ...everything is clean ..and all the people who have bad stuff to say about there staff ..stop and think about there long day and the people they put up with every min for hours ..they get stressed also ...go in try being nice ..use how are you ,plz ,thank u ,have a great day ..my name is crystal Ramirez and I am telling u they are wonderful,thank you

Dr Roman's office is chaotic at any given time.The wait time in the waiting room is at least 90 minutes. Then when you are put in a room you are there another 90 minutes. The visits are long and he requires so many tests. Some he is not supposed to order. He has misdiagnosed my mom I can't tell you how many times. He is not a specialist of any kind. I am removing her from his practice. The test he makes her take should be ordered only by a Heart DR and read by a Heart Dr. He also is not a Dr for a diabetic person. Be sure you need a test before he makes you have it done in his office.

I have been a patient for many years and appreciate the speedy, efficient and effective treatment.

These people with negative comments about Dr. Roman have no idea what they are talking about. I have been going to him for years and wouldn't imagine going to anyone else. The people with the negative reviews are most likely people who like free stuff and things done right when they want them and that's not how doctor offices work because they have a ton of other patients to look after...NOT JUST YOU!! Seriously I recommend Dr. Roman highly and people reading the negative reviews shouldn't pay attention to them because anything they say is farther from the truth!!!
