Dr. Charles Ruggeroli, MD

After an extensive research on the best cardiologist in Las Vegas, I was impressed with Dr. Ruggeroli's credentials and excellent patient reviews. On my first visit, I was nervous and Dr. Ruggeroli immediately put my mind at ease with his heartwarming friendliness. He was compassionate and understanding of my health concerns. He explained the cardiac tests I needed. He is an epitome of professionalism, is highly knowledgeable and his humility is refreshing. He is truly an outstanding cardiologist with a benevolent heart. His office has cozy office atmosphere and a relaxed environment with friendly, professional staff. Waiting time is short. Rebecca, the front desk receptionist is helpful and is great with multitasking. Felicia, the scheduler is friendly and patient with my inquiries on specific dates. Melinda, Dr. Ruggeroli's medical assistant is a ray of sunshine and helped me calm my nerves. On the day of my cardiac tests, I was impressed with the efficient time… management and the highly skillful technicians. Jennifer, the echocardiogram tech is reassuring, professional and kind. Gabby, the student tech and the soothing background music helped me relax. The dynamic duo of Adriana and Jeff's expertise helped me deal with my nuclear stress test with calmness. Adriana is a sharpshooter and was able to draw my blood with ease. She is sensitive to my emotional state and was helpful with information I needed as I was doing the treadmill stress test. Jeff, the nuclear medicine technician established and continued with his effective communication with me. His genuine concern and sensitivity to my anxiety is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Ruggeroli and his distinctive staff for patients looking for a first rate cardiovascular assessment.

At my age, (almost 90) I've met a lot of Doctors and he's the best. He wound up being my primary care after meeting him as my cardiologist. He's almost too personable - too easy to talk about the world and dogs rather than medical problems. It's been a treat to find out how knowledgeable he really is.

Dr. Ruggeroli is probably one of the only Dr.s in this town that I trust. I go to him as I would a regular Dr. He has helped me get past many obstacles and has given me great advice. He's down to earth, thorough, professional and efficient. Love him!

Dr. Ruggeroli has become a household name in medicine for my family. Dr. Ruggeroli has taken care of both my grandparents for as long as I can remember (literally (and his father before that, PBUH)). Throughout my travels abroad (going on 11 years now) I STILL get weekly updates from my grandparents and they are always so very thankful for the wonderful treatment that they receive from Dr. Ruggeroli, and I cannot thank him enough for that. It's a relief to know that someone in Las Vegas is caring for my grandparents who cherishes them and cares for them as I do, and Dr. Ruggeroli always makes time for them no matter the situation or query- big or small. Thank you Dr. Ruggeroli for your time and effort and love for my grandparents and your sincere devotion to customer service and the aspect of care in medicine.

I really like Dr. Ruggeroli, and wish he was an Internist so I could see him for all of my health issues and not just cardiology! He is caring, funny, and really knows his stuff. It's so easy to get things done too, as his office is fully staffed for all kinds of heart tests, making it very easy to basically "one-stop shop", and he has the results immediately. I wish there were more physicians as cool, caring, nice, friendly, and intelligent as Dr. Ruggeroli!

have seen Dr. Ruggeroli for over six years. Have recommended him to several friends --have always heard only good things about him and his staff. Never had a problem getting an appt--emergency on the same day. all problems with my heart now under control--for the first time in years---Thanks Doc.

Dr. Ruggeroli has been my mother's cardiologist for several years and she adores him. He has seen her through both a heart attack and stroke. He seems to have the compassion and knowledge that many doctors do not. I personally feel comfortable knowing that he truly cares for my mother as his patient. I would and have reccommend Dr. Ruggeroli as an excellent cardiologist.

I have visited many doctor and this one is one of the best. He cares very much about his patients and has restored my faith in doctors in this town.

This doctor saw that I had an abnormal EKG and would not approve me for surgery but did nothing else. Did not even send the results to the referring physician. This physician's nurse even had a hard time getting the results. Dr. Ruggeroli is uncaring, does not follow thru when there could be something wrong with the heart. This is inexcusable under all circumstances. Fortunately for me I was able several weeks later to go to a fine, caring, thorough cardiologist who ordered several tests and within a 12 day period told me that my heart was fine and the first test was wrong. This new doctor was someone who cared, followed thru as fast as possible and is someone I could recommend whereas I could never recommend Dr. Ruggeroli who was not only unconcerned about a patient with an abnormal EKG but who did nothing about it.
