Dr. Shih truly cares for his patients. Not only is he a Doctor but a great person. I took a liking to him almost immediately and he explained to me the limits, expectations, and outcomes of the procedures in fine detail. I also have ocd and am very particular about things but he listened and worked with me. I am so glad he is my surgeon.

Dr. Charles Wei Shih is one of the most professional , compassionate, and the most importantly efficient surgeons in The East Bay area. I had the special privilege of having him for otoplasty surgery. He fixed a three year cauliflower ear issue I had from five separate incident in one surgery that took approximately three hours.

Dr. Shih is a true artist! I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Shih last year, and he was very clear about what I should expect during and after my surgery. I am SO pleased with the result, and have referred all of my family and friends to see him!
