Worst Patient Care Ever, The don’t care for any of their patients. Worst doctor I have had in 10 years. I don’t recommend.

I'll admit the day I first visited Dr. Sim's I was freaking out a bit. It took some time, but Dr. Sim's is one of the most amazing doctors! I have been seeing him for 3 years now. He confirmed my diagnosis. Managed to get me calmed down some with the best of bedside manner's. His specialty seems to be HIV hands down, but he's smart and savvy. Know's a lot about other fields of medicine as well, but he's going to be polite and tell you. You need to see your regular doctor about this, I will work with them and handle all of the other things. He's great! And I wouldn't have another doctor other than him.

Do not expect responsiveness on questions. They give you a "Patient Portal" account and request you use that to send any questions or refill requests but apparently they ignore it completely. The doctor does NOT follow through on providing refills or advising if there is a problem. Additionally, the staff is rude

The other five people only press five stars but no one bothered to write a review obviously it was a set up. After this Dr. performed an invasive culture from my arm area it became extremely infected. I called every day as did my caretaker .On the third day I had my home nurse contact the office as my entire arm was now extremely infected and the nurse would not return the phone call with instructions . He was instructed to do wound care on the fifth day the doctors office denied having any knowledge of the infection they had caused and told me to go to the ER. The doctor and his nurse were aware of the fact that I am CVI D a new compromise and bedbound and have been for two years and going to the ER was not an option they refused to address the fact that I should've been sent home with antibiotics when they were giving me two open puncture on my way to meet wounds, when I had gone there to be tested for MRSA and had a history of chronic cellulitis , staff as well as other numerous… infections and my nurse had indicated on my initial visit that I was septic . I never even received in two weeks a phone call or a word from this doctor. He is not only unprofessional with a God complex but a third rate physician. Regarding the ease of appointment and the staff when we tried to reschedule the appointment we did it via email as instructed and then we're told by the staff that they don't have email which they plainly do as they post results that way and their websites indicate that they have email however they told us that they didn't so that obviously was a ridiculous customer service mixup over their internal IT and extremely confusing.P.S. to put it kindly the nurse that I spoke with that handled my case was a witch.
