He spent a ton of time with me at my appt but does not follow up or return calls and the receptionist has a nasty attitude.

This doctor closed offices due to incompetence.

Dr. Smutney during the time I was under his care always treated me with the greatest respect & patience. I am sorry that he has moved his pactice to Texas or I would stillremain under his care. I wish him the best & know many of his other patience would agree.

IF YOU HAVE BEEN FROM ONE DOCTOR TO THE NEXT. HAVE HAD ONE TEST AFTER ANOTHER AND STILL NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO EITHER ACCURATELY DIAGNOSE YOUR PROBLEM, OR WORSE BE UNABLE TO HELP YOU OUR OF PAIN, THEN YOU NEED TO SEE DR. CHARLES J. SMUTNY, III. THIS CARING PHYSICIAN HAS THE REPUTATION OF BEING THE "BEST DIAGNOSTIC MAN," (QUOTED WORD FOR WORD BY ANOTHER PHYSICIAN) "BECAUSE HE KNOWS HIS STUFF AND TAKES THE TIME TO LISTEN TO HIS PATIENTS." AFTER BEING REFERED TO HIM AS MY POSSIBLE LAST HOPE, I WAS ELATED TO LEAVE HIS OFFICE ON THE INITIAL VISIT, OUT OF PAIN AND GIVEN HOPE FOR RELIEF IN THE FUTURE BY JUST MAKING AN APPOINTMENT WHEN NEEDED. IF YOU ARE AT YOUR WITTS END AND CAN NO LONGER STAND THE CHRONIC PAIN THAT YOU ARE EXPERIENCING THEN YOU NEED TO SEE DR. SMUTNY. WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE?
