Dr. Charles Robert Souliere, MD

My surgery was completely botched. I am worse off than before I worked with him. A hack.

I found Dr. Souliere himself pleasant. He scheduled my surgery for just 12 days after my 1st appointment. Following my surgery I did have complications and was pawned off on his pa who's got a horrible bedside manor, dismissed all my questions and made me feel very un cared for. I'm still trying to get in to see Dr. Souliere to address the painful complications and get answers to the questions I have. I'm only doing a review so that others will know abs be warned that they will NOT be able to reach Dr.Souliere after he preforms surgery on you he is done with you.

Excellent. I have been with him for about 10 + years now. He was the only one who was able to diagnose me when I first had this chronic condition. He has done two surgeries on me and I trust him 100% He is an excellent pracitioner and a kind and gentle spirit all rolled into one exceptional physician.

He has a way of putting you at ease and takes his time to explain what is going on. He is very knowledgeable in Menieres and has been working hard to get me through it.

This was my second sinus surgery with Dr Souliere and, once again, he absolutely blew me away. He is ALWAYS professional, kind, understanding and at the very top of his game. I live in Arlington and drive to Tacoma to see him...that should say everything you could ever want to know about my opinion of him and his wonderful, caring staff.

I have occasional vertigo from inner ear damage. Dr. Souliere is a wonderful doctor: He listens to his patient, he shares his thoughts and opinions about the medical issues facing the patient, and he takes the time necessary, never seeming to be in a rush to the next patient. He has a warm, pleasant, and frank demeanor, which is shared by his office staff. He has been able to get a handle on my medical issue promptly and accurately, and has treated it conservatively and effectively. I have not needed follow-up from him after or between visits, so no comment there-- but I expect he's just as thorough as always where follow-up is needed. I recommend Dr. Souliere without reservation.

I love love love Dr Souliere. He is a great people person, is quick, and knows what hes doing. I wish I had started seeing him earlier in my diagnosis rather than as a second opinion. His nurse is also very sweet and on-the-ball. However.... I can not stand the rest of his staff. The front desk people ALWAYS rub me the wrong way (in person and over the phone) and the referral coordinator is just down right rude. I ended up switching doctors right before my surgery was scheduled because she was so rude and unwilling to work with my insurance to get authorization... even when they told me directly that it was approved. She just didnt want to out in any extra work. Too bad cause I really like Dr. Souliere. I would have been with him for the long haul if it wasnt for Natasha.

Dr. Souliere is direct, kind and efficient. He was able to diagnois the problem imediately. Following my middle ear operation my hearing was vastly improved.

this has got to be hands-down the best doctor ever..!!!!!! He assisted with the removal of my acoustic schwanomma a few years back, and then placed a BAHA implant to assist with my hearing. He calls you at home to check on you, or has his wonderful nurse Maria call. I unfortunetely have a re-accurance with the tumor, and due to my new insurance, I am FORCED to see someone else....This man is truely a gifted angel sent down to take care of us. Take my advice, never hesitate if he is the doctor referred to you, you will not regret going to him

Dr. Souliere is a very easy going caring doc. He listens to you and is very easy to talk to. He repaired my sinuses and did a great job and called me in person the evening after the surgery.He has a very lighthearted good natured personality. Above all he recognized a problem that six doctors before him missed or never bothered to look for.I very much recommend him for any ENT problems. It can take a few weeks to get into see him but the reason is he a great doc and that is what people want.
