Dr. Charles Edward White, MD

Best doctor for ob/gyn!!! He took care of me with nearly all my 6 babies and for all the annual testing. His nurse Karen was so good!!! Miss them all!!! His partners Dr. McAfee and Dr. Farley were great when I dealt with them on call. Thank you for my beautiful six children and your compassion and knowledge!! I'll never forget it!!!!

"ZERO STARS. On the date of my delivery, Dr. White was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive of my requests and rights as a patient. Not only did he not fulfill his role as a care provider, he blatantly disrespected my body and my daughter’s body. He did not give me my baby right away. I had to beg him to give her to me and when he finally did he THREW my baby at me. Everyone in the room gasped. He ignored me saying "NO, STOP" etc. when touching my vagina. I repeat, he continued touching my genitals even though I said stop. That is called assault. He was incredibly rude to my husband. He did not let the lidocaine kick in when stitching me, but instead ignored my crying and stitched without any form of gentleness. In the vulnerable state of giving birth, this doctor horrified me instead of encouraging me. He violated me when he should have been keeping me safe. He treated my daughter like a piece of meat, instead of a gift of life. Six months later and I am still in therapy and still… feeling unsafe in my body. I am greatly traumatized by what Dr. White did to me."

Dr. White delivered 2 of my children, 1 in 1980 and the 2nd in 1983. He was awesome with the care that he gave me. I was high risk and thanks to him I have 2 beautiful daughters...
