Dr. Charles David Williams, MD

Went to Arkansas Heart Hospital in pain. Wasn't sure what was going on. Turned out I was trying to have a heart attack. Dr. Williams performed a double bypass and did a wonderful job. I was up and walking the day after surgery and went home 3 days later. Just had my follow up visit with Dr. Williams and you could not ask for a doctor that takes plenty of time and listens to your concerns. Never felt rushed.. If you are looking for a cardiac surgeon, Dr. Williams is the one for me.

Dr. Williams has a great personality. He throws in some humor to ease the seriousness of the situation. He was direct in talking about your diagnosis and necessary treatment. He and his staff were very thorough in my diagnosis and went to my appointment. There was a lot of paperwork to complete before the appointment, but it was very relevant and gave a thorough health background, past and present. Dr. Williams' staff was very polite and scheduled procedure very promptly. He has a very unique way of helping his patients with healing. He offered a list of books from which to read, prior to my surgery. The books were about healing more quickly and were uplifting. During surgery and recovery, Dr. Williams allowed me to wear earbuds to listen to uplifting, encouraging, positive words of early healing. Dr. Williams has a unique, and excellent method of helping his patients. Excellent care in the hospital and afterward, as well. Very experienced and top-notch.
