Dr. Charles B. Williamson, MD

I went to this Dr. in excruciating knee pain. I didn’t find him extremely friendly. Said I had some arthritis which I knew and said I don’t need surgery! Great ! Said I needed to lose weight! ( I just lost 100 lbs) said I needed to exercise more! That I might have a tear but I need an MRI and to see him in 5 weeks!! In the meantime what should I do to walk???? I work and I WALK a lot for my job. I do a lot of lifting and I push heavy equipment and lift heavy boxes all day! I don’t take pain pills. I can take pain, I’ve been dealing with it for years. But this is something totally different. And to wait 5 weeks is ludicrous!

Dr. Williamson has performed my knee replacement, shoulder injury and now arthritis in my other knee. He is very professional and cares about his patients. Highly recommend him.

Dr Williamson did total knee replacement on my right knee and then did the same on my left knee 3 months later. Both surgeries went extremely well. The recovery on both knees was virtually painless. With PT, I am progressing faster then expected. The office staff is professional, experienced and enjoyable to work with. Appointments have always been on time. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Williamson and staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. I had my exam and I was able to ask questions and Dr. Williamson was quick to answer. He checked everything including my feet and for varicose veins. Which I don’t have. The ladies up front were extremely friendly. I am now on to a referral for an MRI to see what treatment will be. Dr Williamson was recommended to me many years ago by my wife's best friend whom was an operation room RN that worked for Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach Florida. He has performed orthopedic surgery on me over 20 years ! I consider him one of the best Orthopedic surgeons in Daytona if not the best! I have recommended his services to many people both friends and acquaintances over that time period. His has operated on even my wife when she had a knee problem. My wife has an extreme fear of Doctors and even more so of having any type of surgery! Dr Williamson has performed 5 Stars on myself, my Wife and others that I recommended him to. I'm 73 now and if needed I would not hesitate having him operate on myself if he felt it was the only option. He is very conservative and will only operate if ther are no better options. I have complete confidence in his judgment and skills as a ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON! He truly is concerned with what is needed for you, and that is hard to find with… today's Surgeon's.

The total knee replacement pre-surgery was very instructive and helpful in preparing my leg for the actual surgery. The procedure went extremely well and I was back walking within a day. After four months, I am able to walk normally and perform other functions and exercises with minimal or no pain. Dr. Williamson is an extremely professional and capable surgeon and I highly recommend him.

Repaired torn bicep tendon, carpal tunnel both hands. He also did my wife’s total knee replacement. In 2019 he’s going to do my right shoulder. He’s one of the most personal doctors I’ve ever met. He listens and understands and meets the needs of the patient. His staff is just as professional as he is. It’s one of the best medical facilities I’ve ever been to. Best of all your not a number.
