Dr. Winters is always spot on with his diagnosis, explains everything so I can understand what’s going on with my back/hips. His PA, Rosie, did an excellent job when she administered a cortisone injection in each hip. So very gentle with her touch!

Dr. Winters and Rosemarie are always prompt in seeing you. You never feel rushed or a bother. They are great at answering your questions. The level of expertise and experience of care cannot be beat. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing Orthopedic care.

Dr Winters is an excellent physician I’ve come to him for years, he’s never in a hurry and always listens to everything that I have to say. His staff is always friendly And helpful. I would highly recommend Dr Winters as well as the rest of the physicians at Bienville orthopedic.

I love Dr Winters. He never makes you feel uncomfortable or awkward. He listens to all your problems and never makes you feel like what you are saying is unimportant. In today’s time, some doctors are there to get you in and on to the next patient. You never feel that way with him.

I’m told Wednesdays are Dr Winters busiest work days - if so he is very good at keeping a schedule. His staff are professional and pleasant as well. Most of all I am impressed with his outward appearance of sincerity and interest in his patients. He put me at ease and discussed my health issues in a clear, concise professional and caring manner. I would recommend him to everyone looking for a longtime professional orthopedic spine doctor. Judy N
