All were polite and seemingly professional. Contacting any at this business is nearly impossible. Surveys sent that want to tell my doctor how I am doing is insincere and shows a lack of concern... especially if patient does not have a smart telephone to reply with . Phone calls nor emails calls are not responded to. Links shown on the net are nonfunctional. ... this is the 4th path i have tried to give an opinion or respond to the telephone text survey request ! Am lucky and thankful to have an apparently successful surgery, but there is much room for improvement... that is not wanted apparently.
