Dr. Charles Zugerman, MD

My mom is 83 yrs old, taking a train from the suburbs for an hour each way. We made arrived at 145pm for a 2pm appt. finally called in at 230pm, waited for another 15 mins for the doctor. Yes, I must say he is a good doctor, but making patients with a appointments to wait for an hour is not fair. And wish their receptionist would at least advise patients that doctor is a bit behind schedule, just to know what is going on.

Gave me his full attention when I was in need. Had hives all over my body crying on the phone to his receptioist and he jumped on the phone and gave me something to take until he could see me. This was after numerous calls to my GP. Two days in a row.SHE never once talked to me, put her assistant on the phone twice from 8am til 5:00 waiting for a phone call. Dr Zugerman is a very through dr. really takes his time checking his patients. Very impressed with him.
