After all was said & done, I wondered why I had gone at all. I have had 2 appointments, about 10 minutes each. At both appointments she was abrupt & impatient—certainly not good with patients. She was rushed. It was a listen & not be heard situation. I asked her about something else, but she said a separate appointment would have to be made. I will start over with another dermatologist.

Dr. Kutsch took over the practice (at least the same room/location) as our prior dermatologist, Dr. Mark Stewart, who was exceptional, an excellent doctor. I worked in the medical field for almost twenty years in two hospital ERs, two ORs, and retired as an RN in the VA healthcare system. I have worked with great doctors, like Dr. Stewart, and poor ones as well. Dr. Kutsch was not friendly or personable during the first visits made by my wife and myself. We never felt comfortable with her on our following visits, but her "bedside manner" did improve. We terminated our contact with her after she had removed several skin tags from my wife, but refused to do so for me. I had a very small one that was irritated by my shirt collar, but she insisted I would have to pay separately, in spite of not having done so with my wife. A two-second spray of liquid nitrogen would have removed it, but she refused. On that last visit, when she refused for the second time, she said she needed to… remove two flat, smooth nevi from my chest. I didn't see which ones she was referring to, but made the mistake of allowing her to do so. After getting home, I saw that one of the ones she removed was a nevus that had not changed in 49 years, and which several doctors - including Dr. Stewart - said was not a problem and did _not_ need to be removed. It is obvious to me that she knew I would not be returning and decided to remove the two nevi simply for the money, for what she could charge my insurance. I could not, in good conscience, recommend her to anyone, nor will I ever.

My appointment went very well with Dr Kutsch, I was greeted with a friendly smile from the moment I checked in, Dr Kutsch assessed all my needs and thoroughly answered my questions, I am very please with the diagnosis of my issue and the treatment plan, would not go to any other dermatologist in Missoula

Whomever answered my call, and I requested to book an appointment; the pit bull woman played a game of cat and mouse. Completely rude, weird and unprofessional. The woman has serious control issues. Don’t waste your time nor breath, book somewhere with a medical staff with a helpful, Happy, and somewhat balanced outlook on life. Nasty!!

Over Schedules, hurried, rude & terrible Bedside Manner. The worst doctor I have ever been to.

The appointment was very rushed. My condition was misdiagnosed and the referal was never sent. She barely looked at me.

Seemes like she just wanted to get me out of the office and interrupted me while I was asking questions. She was very rude and I felt depressed when I left the office.

It was a less professional office than what I am used to.
