Does not spend more than a minute with my wife. Did not even look at her directly. Did not explain the condition in detail and just asked the receptionist to explain it. Recommended at least 2 procedures during pregnancy that were completely unnecessary and dangerous for my wife and the baby. Luckily; we were smart enough to ask for a second opinion each time. The other doctors were confused as to her recommendations and just asked us to wait (their way of professionally saying that Dr. Richards was wrong). I have absolutely no idea why this doctor had 5/5 rating. Not sure if she was being like that because she disliked my wife, but they’re is no way she should have more than 3 stars if she is like that with all patients.

Charlotte Richards, MD, got me through a number of years while trying to conceive through IVF and during other gynecological visits of varying types. She was 100% present for my needs and treatments and wise and caring. I recommend wholeheartedly and I miss her now that she is no longer in Massachusetts.

Dr. Richards treated my wife for several years while in Boston area. She knew exactly what she was doing and her compassion for my wife's problem was second to none. In the over 15yrs of trying for a child my wife and I were treated by over eight doctors and only Dr. Richards name came to memory. The rest we cannot recollect their name. We will never forget her. This should tell you our opinion of her. May God bless her in Jesus name. If you are reading this, we now have a two year old son.

Dr. Charlotte Richards was my physician through a number of difficult surgeries for endometriosis and IVF procedures. She was the most caring and gifted physican and surgeon who ever treated me. I am very disappointed that she is no long in the Boston area, but I wish her the best of luck in Arizona.
