Scheduled an appt 1 week out. Just needed to get my daughter a flu shot but were new patients so were told had to be a visit. The day of our appt, I was called and told new patients can only schedule earlier in the day so we needed to move our appt. When I tried to call back to re-schedule and ask why I’m being told to re-schedule the day of, I was on hold for over fifteen minutes. The phone all basically resulted in these are the options we have. As a pediatrician myself, I would not request a patient to re-schedule when it was the error of the front staff. Dr. Zuniga requested this be done which I find unprofessional. My advice for anyone would be find another pediatrician as a new patient.

Dr Zuniga is very caring and patient. However it can take up 2 month to get an appointment with her, the personnel in charge of scheduling the appointment can be sometimes rude.

We love Dr. Zuniga. She is warm, nurturing and caring to children of all ages. She respects and values my child's opinions. She spends as much time as is needed with me and my daughter. My child has never had anything serious; however, I would trust her completely should anything come up.
