Extremely intelligent, extraordinarily competent and professional, warm, friendly, caring... She usually knows what the problem is immediately but if she doesn’t she will get to the bottom of it. Very diligent. Very personable .My wife and I love her. We find the staff to be friendly and professional, warm with a sense of humor.

Charmaine is a caring provider. Her surguries are quick and painless.

A superb self-promoter with an excellent manner, but... greedy, greedy, greedy. "How can we bill this patient for the largest possible amount of money." "What expensive ointment can I prescribe, and sell from our inventory in-house?" "What's the most expensive test I can persuade this patient is absolutely necessary?" Also, you'd think this d.o. (not an MD) is a proctologist, the way she so diligently has us bend over, lift, and separate each and every year. Not going back. Ever.

Staff can be very rude. Different receptionist every time you go. Communication within office an issue. Money is the primary drive here. Alot of precancerous conditions requiring treatment. Hefty bill. Does NOT accept insurance.

I made an appointment with the Dermatologist for the sole purpose of checking skin abnormalities and moles. Dr. Jensen is board certified. Before my appointment I completed a patient questionnaire via mail. I arrived at the office on time and was seen promptly.The doctor did a complete and thorough skin check. Several sites were found that were recommended for scraping. I was both surprised and pleased that the doctor was able to do the necessary scrapings immediately and that I would not have to come back for another appointment. The Doctor was extremely professional and thoroughly explained the process of caring for the sites post scraping to assure proper healing. I was extremely pleased with both the medical care and treatment received. It is a well run office.

wife and i are both patients of dr.C.and dr.M.Jensen(two years).I am a hard critic and do not give high marks unless deserved.They are first rate PERIOD! Office well run;staff friendly and efficent. You may find as good but not better.

Great doctor...very professional, caring, and thorough. I've had two procedures (one to remove a melanoma and another to remove a carcinoma). Did and excellent job and followed up on both. Extremely friendly and caring. Wonderful staff. As the sign indicates in her examining rooms, she treats each patient as if they were her only one.

I have never had to wait while seeing this doctor. Normally the assistant calls me the minute of my appointment time. After the initial questions by the assistant, I usually don't have to wait for more than 5 minutes for Dr. Jensen to see me. She is excellent - one of the kindest doctors I have ever met, and really makes me feel valued, never as though she is rushing me. I am surprised that others don't rate her "beside manner" higher.

Very bad experience, I would not use this osteopath for medical care. The office staff is rude and they are more focused on charging premium prices than helping with care plans or ultimate outcomes. It is a glorified day spa.
