I consulted Dr. Heaton about right parotid pleomorphic adenoma. In view of its relatively bigger size (3.2 * 2.8 cm), he straight away advised its excision. After confirming the diagnosis with fine needle biopsy, he excised the tumour. I had uneventful and rapid recovery with no complications whatsoever. In fact, I didn’t even experience lower ear numbness which he had alerted me about. The healing was almost complete within 3-4 weeks. I am highly impressed by his professional competence and meticulous clinical approach. He made sure to make incision with inconsequential cosmetic concerns and perform the surgery with no damage to the facial nerve branches. I would strongly recommend Dr. Heaton for treatment for any head and neck condition requiring surgical intervention.
