I inherited this doctor when Dr Sweeney left the practice. A few times, I've had an appointment that was scheduled months in advance and she's had a conflict when it comes to the appointment date. It gets rescheduled for 1-2 months out from that. Once you arrive at your appointment time, there is usually a wait, which is confusing as the last time I was there, she only had one other patient. She does not have any bedside manner. She lacks kindness and any personality that you desire in a doctor. She also doesn't listen carefully to your concerns. You feel like she wants to get you out of her office as soon as possible and seems inconvenienced that you have come in for any reason. I feel that the medication she has prescribed to me is too extreme and that the existing medication was doing the job just fine as my numbers improved. I am dissatisfied with this doctor and am considering a change.

Terrible doctor. I have had many visits with Dr. Reese. I was changed over to her care when Dr. Roberts left the practice. Everything was fine until I became sick. She misdiagnosed a sinus infection and had me on antibiotics for a whole MONTH, I became severely dehydrated and called her office to which nothing was done. I ended up having to have IV fluids to rehydrate. I also had to research my own symptoms and I sent myself to a specialist after suspecting it was asthma and it was. I am rarely sick, but one time I went in and saw the PA there, for ONE visit. When I returned to Dr. Reese, she said, “I know you’ve never seen me before because you’ve seen the PA that was here, but she’s no longer with us.” Excuse me?! I’ve seen her multiple times over the years, once every three months for medication refills, to be exact. Then, the worst one of all. This is why I left her and am now with a highly competent and caring physician. I went in for some odd symptoms I was having, she gave me NO… physical/neurological exam at all. She only checked my breathing with her stethoscope right before she walked out. Without any examination, she and the student with her, came to the conclusion that I most likely had Multiple Sclerosis. That’s right, MS. I was blown away by the callousness and flat out ignorance I experienced that day. She referred me to a Neurologist that would see me two months later and that was it. Once again, I took my health into my own hands. After going to a chiropractor, my back was out of alignment after riding rides at an amusement park. I tell you all that to say, RUN, fast and far away from her and her practice because she is a joke of a physician. She is in wrong, cold and seems bothered that she has to see patients.

I'll never go to see her again. Advise you to stay away. Substandard Doctor.

Be prepared to wait well over an hour past your appointment time. The young lady doing triage is friendly, but is not using the right blood pressure cuff. The one she is using seems to be an extra large and is using it for everyone. Blood pressure cuffs are not one size fits all and unless you require that size your reading is going to be quite off. Dr. Reese was friendly, but besides lots of questions, referrals and using her stethoscope, she never once laid a hand on me and did not do her own physical exam. I mentioned several issues and they were not all addressed. The lady at checkout is not friendly and should not being dealing with patients.

Completely unwilling to help and makes you feel bad about taking up her time. On my first visit she made me feel guilty about my medical concerns and had no bedside manners. Her team is also horrible, they are so unhelpful about making appointments or communicating with each other and with you when you have specific needs that need to be addressed urgently.
