I have been a patient at Dr. Patel's office since moving to New York 6 years ago. As a health care provider myself I value relationships and knowledge. She is clear, patient, a great listener, a wonderful advocate, so happy to have found this office.

She gives good solid advice. I trust her. I give her a list of all the medications and supplements I take with each visit. She lets me know when she disagrees or thinks that something isn't necessary or maybe dangerous. I appreciate her experience and knowledge.

This office is always overcrowded. Standing room only in the morning. When you come in expect to wait 1-2 hours just for your vitals to be checked cause there are about 25 people ahead of you just waiting for vitals. Once the vitals are done they tell you that the doctor will see you soon.Which is another 2 -3 hour wait. The office is very disorganized.It was not like this before. I have a new doctor now.
