This practice is horrible. The doctor is disrespectful, his staff is clueless. They schedule more patients than they can take on, leaving people to wait all day with an appointment. This practice went to sh*T after the wife retired.

The office had lots of clients and I initially had to reschedule at the request of the Dr. But to wait over an hour seems unprofessional.

I've had this doctor for too many years cast there are long Waits but it's to be expected when so many people want to see this one doctor I have moved from the barrel and still come to see him after all these years my life depends on it I need the best and those will complain still come because nothing in life is 100% but yeah you get at least 99 okay 98 percent but who's counting

Wait time is way too long just needed meds renewed sent the wrong meds. Meds that i took 2 yrs ago not the ones i take now

After 2week and three phone calls , I still do not have my prescription. I refused to have nurses in training sit during my visit.I don't know 8f this is retaliation. Not sure how to get my mrdd. The office is not taking my calls.

I waited 3 hrs to see a Dr. Chenna Reddy and to top it off she was very rude to me. This was my first visit, and I was hoping she would be welcoming, but instead I think I might've caught her on the wrong day. She asked me questions and I replied politely, but only for her to become frustrated and uttered disrespectful towards my answers. I never been put through any situation like this, I was appalled with her performance and non care towards my sickness. This was a traumatizing experience.

The waiting time is ridiculous...came in at 12:30 and wasn't called until 3:30 pm just to get a referral the doctor forgot to give me during my last visit to his office.... I've had enough of this kind of treatment.... I'm shopping for another MD... Besides, when I complained aloud Dr. Reddy told me "I have plenty of patients"...(how arrogant) That was my Cue to move on...with my referral in hand!!!!smh

This dr is alwasy available to his patients. the person who said people went before sometime an emergency might occur or that person has an apt before you and you might have goone there earlier than time. If a patient has a critical situation he will see them first. I will recommend him to anyone

I love the facilty everthing is right there. Doctor Reddy is very professional as well as the staff. for an earlier post about some one coming in and being assisted and she waiting, there are different specialist available on different days and if that person is there for abdominal sonogram, then they will automatically go in because you are probably there to see the doctor and not have that procedure done.

I dont think Its fair that I and even family members have told me that they have been waiting to be seen by the DR then some one comes in and there called in.In the meamtime we have been there before thatperson.I also think staff members should be careful not to missplace patients lab works.
