You feel like a number that is offering monetary support rather that a person who needs to be diagnosed. If you mention anything bothering you, several medications may be prescribed without any real diagnosing. If you have a problem with an actual needed prescription, like an inhaler, then good luck. I can call 30 minutes+ before the office closes and the "we are closed message" playing with no options to leave a message. I have been trying to resolve a problem for over a month to no avail and was finally told I have to call my insurance to see what type of meds They will approve only to find out that the only reason they won't fill the prescription to begin with is because they require prior approval from the doctor. If the doctor would just call and give approval I would have the medsð??¡

Dr. Cheri is a caring very sweet Dr. She takes as much time as you need and explains everything in detail. Her nurse, Jennifer is just as good. This Dr. is the best I have ever had!! Love Dr. Cheri. My mother and I both go to her and would NEVER consider changing. Very intelligent and knowledgable.

i have always loved Dr. V, but had problems with front office staff. Long waits, difficulty in getting calls returned, and overall lack of professionalism. However, that has changed. The receptionist is top notch, she used to be a nurse for one of the doctors, but now works the front desk. She is the best! The front desk situation is much improved.
