Very bad Doctor. Only cares about himself. Worst human being I have ever met.

When making an appointment, one must call the receptionist, who is pleasant and helpful, and ask for an appointment. Unlike most scheduling procedures, there are no choosing a day/time from several options. The receptionist must call you back after asking the doctor personally what the next available day/time is. Then she calls you back with that info. If that appointment doesn't work, you hang up and wait for another call back. In our case, the 1st appt didn't work, but second appt did. When we finally found the office, tucked deep on the side of an unmarked building, my first impression was, it was a dump! Tiny waiting room with torn up carpet and only 6 ratty old chairs. They had no record of the scheduled appt. Just the 1st one, and had charged me a $50 "no show" fee! It took 45 minutes to get that resolved, then another hour to see Dr Joseph. The receptionist is also the nurse, so she had to leave the front desk to do patient vitals. The appointment was for my 73 yr old… diabetic and disabled mother. She is having memory loss and when Dr Joseph finally called us, he took her into an exam room alone & closed the door. At this point it was 8:00 pm and she hadn't eaten in at least 6 hours. Dr. Joseph insisted on going over ALL her surguries, medical history, and all 12 of her medications. She asked for me several times but he insisted she answer all his questions. He finally let me in at almost 9pm. My mom was VERY STRESSED. I told him thanks but NO thanks! I have no idea how this man is allowed to call himself a doctor who cares for sick people.

Absolutely the worst Doctor I have EVER dealt with. I feel like I am stuck with this I incompetent Dr. until I find another Pain clinic that accepts my insurance. If I could give home zero stars I would. He only sees his pain clients at night, which is completely odd and inconvenient. 10pm appointment is insane. He doesn't listen to his patients and fills the same medicine after telling him it is not effective. He is clearly knows nothing about his job. He is only there to make money, he does not care for the wellbeing of his patients. How Do I know about his other patients feeling the same way? I talked to them to find out more about him because I was sketched about him in the first place. Terrible Doctor, stay far away.

He dose not care at all. All he's worried about is paper work, and pill counting don't even think you can be late even 10:00 or you will have wate two weeks in pain.. Cancer patient

Dr. Joseph can be rude and disrespectful. He doesn't listen to his patients and this concerns me he may not be accurate on diagnoses for his patients health issues. I won't recommend him.

Will never return or recommend. The front receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Dr was not nice at all. Sad he would be seeing me every 4-7 days made my next app at 6:30 on a Sunday morning. Ha. Won't be back. Total waste of time .

This Dr. Was assigned to me in the hospital. I have head cancer that is extremely painful and requires high doses of pain medication to control enough for me to function. Dr. Joseph decided I might be using street drugs 10 days into my hospital stay for pneumonia so threatened to cut my pain medication in half if I wouldn't let him do a street drug pee test. Bullying is not what I want in a Dr. See at your own risk.

Dr. Joseph was recommended to me by a friend, and while I know people don't always agree on doctors, etc., I must say I COMPLETELY agree with her rave reviews of him and his care! Dr. Joseph has the best bedside manner and the most genuine caring about his patients' health that I ahve seen in a LONG time. I feel I received much better care in just my first visit with him than I had received from my previous doctor in almost 5 years of being their patient. Thank you Dr. Joseph!
