Dr. Booth lacks caring and compassionate care. She was patronizing and condescending when I went to her for hearing loss. She told me to get my anxiety under control and see my PCP.

Hands down the best doctor I’ve seen in a long time. Compassionate, thinks outside the box, listens well, patient and so caring.

I want to thank doctor Cherie Booth in Plano, Texas, for helping me get some hearing back when other doctors gave up on me. I lost all of my hearing seven days after getting the Pfizer vaccine. The first doctor I went to did the proper protocol, but he gave up after three weeks. My appointment to see Dr. Booth was at the same week. So I decided not to give up and check with her. She gave me aggressive steroid treatments, and it helped. What a great decision. I got some of my hearing back. I am using hearing aids now, which also helps. I am forever grateful for Dr. Booth's excellent skills as an ENT doctor and a kind and caring doctor. She held my hand during the uncomfortable moments of the treatments in my inner ears. No doctor has ever done this before for me. Also, the staff just seemed genuinely interested and caring.

I am a patient who is so grateful for Dr. Booth. I have a rare condition that she treats. She has helped my quality of life so very much by sending me to the best treatment in the area.

While I have not had my surgery yet, I am confident that Dr. Booth is going to do what she needs to help me. I have suffered for years and no doctor knew how to help me. Dr. Booth was my last resort. When she looked at my recent CT scan, she knew exactly how to fix me. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you, Dr. Booth!

Dr. Booth is the BEST! She is kind, patient, listens carefully and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend her!

Dr. Booth is the best. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my husband for his ENT needs. She is compassionate, kind, and she takes her time with patients. I can not say enough wonderful things about her. My only problem is staff. I think staff at the front desk can be unfriendly at times and slow to respond to voicemails.
