Dr. Geetha Subramanian, MD

My mother has been waiting over 6 months for someone to call and set up for her to be fitted for her hearing aids. When I called to follow up, whoever answers the phone is rude and raised her voice at me. I asked to speak to the Dr, only to be sent to a VM. This place is a joke, and I will not be talked to like a dog. The DR was nice and professional, but unfortunately her office staff cannot get it together.

I came in for my appointment, when I arrived I had a page to fill out and sign. When I went to the window I explained I was on disability and could not pay, I was told this is a business and I needed to pay. I was rescheduled for next month. I live a long way and I've had dizziness since Nov 2017. I feel like the Dr would have scene me if they had asked her. I understand that you have to do, but I've been in pain too long and drove a long way.

Dr. is being misrepresented as specialist that she no longer is. She misdiagnosed my husband. She doesn't seem to give actual treatment, just lines up patients in hall and consults with them as they pass through in small examining room. Sends a large bill yet does not treat.

I have been thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, accuracy of diagnosis, compassion and sensitivity in all my previous interactions with her. She will be the first person I would call for any ENT related problems for any member of my family

I loved this doctor. She is wonderfull! She took great care of my daughte.

I had an appointment for my son on a Monday. That Friday, the office called to confirm my appointment. I let them know that I lost my insurance card but I had the ID number and all of the necessary information. They told me that would suffice and that we were good for Monday. I showed up at my son's initial appointment 20 minutes early to fill out paper work. The unpleasant woman at the front desk, who called herself the office manager, asked me for my insurance card. I told her I did not have it, as we had discussed Friday. She said that they would not see me with out it and asked me why I did not have it. She refused to see my son for his appointment even after she had already taken his insurance information and told me prior that it would be no problem. We drove nearly an hour for this appointment with my 10 month old who had a double ear infection and strep throat, only to be sent away. She could have very easily called to verify his insurance (as she said she would do)since we… were the only patients in the office, but she clearly didn't want to help us. Also, I feel like it is VERY unprofessional for your "office manager" to be wearing a pink camo hoodie at work! This office is a joke and I took this experience as sign that this is not the place I want performing ear tube surgery on my baby. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

I took my 22 month old twins to see Dr. Subramanian and she was wonderful. She took her time with each one of my babies, she was very gentle yet playful with them. She did a great job comforting them. I am glad that I chose her and Metro ENT for my children.
