Cherie Rose Walls

This review is specifically about my experience with Nurse Practitioner Cherie Walls at this location. Overall, my other experiences here were positive, and I had good interactions with most of the front desk staff. I want to specifically mention Nurse Practitioner Cherie Walls, as she was the only provider who documented “no call/no show” occurrences on my account. There were multiple instances where I needed to reschedule due to legitimate family and work emergencies, and I made efforts to contact the office ahead of time. In one case, I called on a Friday and left a voicemail explaining I wouldn’t be able to attend my appointment because I couldn’t reach anyone directly. Despite that, it was still marked as a “no call/no show,” which resulted in both a charge and a strike against me. Additionally, I reviewed visit notes that included information about discussions and preventative care that did not occur during my appointments. The appointments themselves were very brief, which… made the documentation feel inaccurate and concerning. After receiving three “no call/no show” strikes, I was completely cut off from communication through MyChart and was told I could no longer contact the clinical team. This was especially alarming because I am currently on prescribed medications and was not provided a way to obtain refills. I did attempt to schedule with another provider, but the earliest available appointment is three months out. This means I may be without necessary medication for an extended period of time due to how this situation was handled. I understand that offices have policies in place, but patients should have a reliable way to communicate and should not be penalized when they make a genuine effort to do so. I think it’s important for others to be aware of how these policies are enforced in practice. I also want to highlight a broader concern, situations like this can have real consequences for patients who rely on ongoing care or medications. Being cut off from communication and unable to access refills can quickly become a serious issue. I think it’s important for others to be aware of this when considering care at this location, especially if they may be seeing Nurse Practitioner Cherie Walls.

She’s the worst.Gave me the wrong antibiotic for a urinary tract infection which then advanced to a kidney infection that sent me to the ER. Another time, when I was nursing my baby I developed thrush. She prescribed a medication that no longer existed. Again, I went to another dr for the correct medication.

Very good at what she does!

She was the worst NP ever. She was rude, nasty and uncaring. She did absolutely nothing for me. Zero compassion. Very sad. Please go somewhere else.
