Dr. Cherie Lynn Worford, MD

I think Dr. Worford is AMAZING! The best doctor I have ever seen. I wish ALL doctors were this good. I am just frustrated my new insurance won't cover her! I most likely will just pay out-of-pocket to see her anyway. I can't imagine feeling the same level of trust with another GYN.

Dr. Worford is a great physician and wonderful GYN! I can't imagine even seeing a different doctor for my female care after making her my GYN. I had never went to an actual GYN for female care before, just family physicians and they were all male doctors. I always felt awkward, judged, and as if they just didn't want to take the time to listen and respect my concerns. I heard about the center she works for and looked them up online. I am very glad I did and went to see her. When my organizatin changed health insurance companies I was very worried that she wouldnt't be in-network and if she wasn't, I am certain I wouldn't have found another doctor that I like as much as her. Luckily she is so I can keep seeing her! She changed my mind about contraception for the better. I was raised Catholic so had hang-ups about using it and never had before ever, but she was supportive, non-judging, and helped me make a choice I can feel good about. She also helped me to find birth control that… works for me and my partner for now in the pill form. When I see her in a few months for my yearly exam I am going to discuss an IUD with her. It isn't anything I would have even considered before because I never felt comfortable with any other physician. With Dr. Worford as my GYN though, an IUD is finally a method I will consider because of my level of trust with her, and how at ease I feel when I see her for my yearly visits.
