Bad bed side manner. Too self confident. constantly said how she doesn't need the money or the patients because she's that good. She refused to help me until I went on medication even though she can't prescribe the medication she insisted my primary doctor prescribe them. She wouldnt answer my questions directly and often contradicted herself. She's only good for irlen syndrome but after that she is rude. And she doesn't pay attention resulting in many "misunderstandings" as she called them.

I went to her when I was little and she was the only person that I felt I could talk to. She's amazing.

Wonderful appointment, thorough and dedicated. I went there specifically for irlen syndrome assessment for myself and family'. Extremely helpful and results evident during first appointment.

This woman only takes advantage of people with mental health problems. Everyone that I saw coming and going including myself, has ADHD and a sensitivity to light, so she says. She said that I had extreme ADHD and was used as a guinea pig while taking different meds and testing over and over. She believes that these meds were helping but the side effects were so severe and after talking to my primary doctor and psychiatrist, i was advised that i must not take them. That is 2 real doctors advising against Cibelli who cannot even write prescriptions for what she says that you should take? So my extreme ADHD is continues to effect my daily living because her medication suggestions only made my medical issues worse. My psychiatrist with 47 years experience even recommended a different doctor for another opinion and laughed at some of her diagnosis reasons. I was told by Cibelli that my extreme anxiety was a result of light, yet I have had panic/anxiety attacks lying in bed in total… darkness. She wanted me to sell me some colored lenses for glasses for hundreds of dollars and when I told her that I could not afford this, she was done with me, kicked me down the road. She is not there to help people, she is like a store for selling colored lenses(Irlen Syndrome), that if you read about, is controversial because it is based on insuffecient research(Wikipedia).

She is kind, helpful, and amazing.
