Dr. Cherisa Sandrow, DO

Great doctor. I felt like she listened and cared. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I wish she could be my pcp

I dealt with this "doctor" on MD Live, and after paying the fee and hearing the exact symptoms of a sinus infection to her, she refused to prescribe medication to help, indicating that she though it was something else. I wouldn't use this doctor if I lived in her state. I will not be using her or MD live again.

I found Cherisa cold, heartless, irreverant, not wanting to do a complete exam, as I had in the past (circumvented certain aspects of yearly exam I received for years before Obamacare...), said these aspects were not necessary e.g., stool check, heart, etc. She only worked part-time and difficult to make an appointment. I would never recommend her and switched to TVC!

Misdiagnosed me, was too busy bragging about herself to listen.!

Look elsewhere if you want a physician with any bit of humility or compassion; surprised she has any patients left. If she is the last resort, go to another island!

Cherisa is sweet, caring and takes time with her patients. She is very thorough and helpful! I would recommend her for anyone!

I am so happy that my Dr moved into her own practice. It is such a nice, relaxing environment. staff are wonderful. Dr Sandrow is the best

When you call the office, guaranteed that you don't talk to a real person anywhere from 5-20 min. I had to call office to get Lab results in which i didnt receive call back until over a week later. Took 2 weeks to get name and phone number of a referring specialist. Took 3 weeks and still waiting to get request for Imaging appointment....no referral needed with my ins. The Staff takes their time to call you back. Doctor is nice during appointment but after that, no one seems to care. Very disappointed in this clinic.

On my first visit, Dr. Sandrow was prompt, pleasant, thorough and helpful as we reviewed my medical history and concerns. She suggested a number of options to allow for further diagnosis and treatment, as well as ways to improve my diet and health. I left feeling like I had been heard and that I was going to get my health back on track! She is also open to alternative and integrative medicine, which is important to me. I like her and recommend her! (I didn't rate "Accurate Diagnosis" and "Follows Up After Visit" because I am a new patient and don't have enough information to rate those. I have a follow up appointment in three weeks to go over lab and diagnostic test results.)
