Dr. Cherise Samantha Chambers, MD

This is an AMAZING medical facility. From Ambrea at the front desk to Raven, to the nurse Michelle. Everyone was beyond incredible. But the icing on the cake? Dr. Chambers! Wowowowowowowowowow! She is without a doubt the BEST doctor I have ever had. She is not only beautiful on the outside but gorgeous on the inside. When she sat down the speak to me, she made me feel as if she KNEW me. She cared about my medical history and what my needs are going forward. She explained things to me in a clear, concise manner and was very patient with my questions. Wow. I pray that I never have to move and leave Dr. Chambers. She is an angel sent from God to bless women in her medical practice. And the office decor? Exquisite. There is a fantastic chandelier when you walk in but the artwork throughout the office is soooo nice. Lovely office. I will look forward to scheduling appointments just to see the people at this office. Everyone was so kind, professional and super polite. Kimberly checked me out… and I wanted to just give her a hug to cap off an amazing visit. Who is excited to go to have a Pap smear? Probably no one but Dr. Chambers and her staff make this visit so pleasant and enjoyable. I cannot say enough how blessed I am to have found Dr. Chambers!!

This office was perfect on the first visit doctor was polite. But she DID NOT LISTEN!!! I went in for a Pap smear and because I thought I had an infection. She said I looked fine and that she wouldn't worry about it. I insisted on getting a culture done anyway and turns out I had a "mild infection". She was very pushy about it being nothing I'm glad I insisted. To top this my main form of birth control is condoms because my family has a history of hormonal imbalance, I keep EC in the bedside table just in case, I use Ella because plan b does not work for women of a bmi over 25. I asked my doctor to put a standing prescription of Ella at my walgreens. She was very pushy about putting me on regular hormonal birth control, and told me Ella was available in a generic brand over the counter... It is not, even the pharmacist said there was no such thing. All other forms of EC use levonorgestrel which does not work for women with a bmi over 25. (Why didn't the DOCTOR know that?!?!?) When I… called to get a script Dr. Chambers said it should already be there. When I told her it was not, that Walgreens said I had no such prescription the office delayed calling the pharmacy to confirm for two days!!! And doctor chambers said she would put the script in but I would have to come in for a discussion about changing my birth control, being bullied into a birth control method is insane. She did not listen to my families past medical history and immediately jumped to a generic answer even though my birth control method was safe and effective. DONT GO HERE DOCTORS DO NOT LISTEN AND DELAY ANSWERING YOU CONCERNS!!!!!!!
