The office is busy, but Dr. Diaz takes time with you.

If you want to feel you are all alone in your health issues and struggles, then this clinic is the right place. All they do is push to a specialist and do not take anytime reading the chart and understanding the issues. You are lot better going to another clinic or internal medicine provider. Avoid this at any cost.

Due to insurance changes, I had to leave my MD whom I was with for over 10 years. Therefore, finding a new doctor was not a pleasant search until I was referred to Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz. I felt very welcomed at the office with ALL Pandemic protocols in place. She is very thorough and took her time with me as a new patient. She even completed lab work for me on site including an EKG. I am so Glad that I now have a MD who is is kind, communicates and very thorough.

On at least three occasions I have requested an order for a Colonoscopy, by phone and in person, to the office in Doral. Three weeks after, the Colonoscopy clinic U Health, has not received that order, and I have given the clinic FAX Number on two different occasions.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Case-Diaz for over 9 years, she is always nurturing and kind. She is just the best. The Pines office staff is also great! I love them all. Thank you for all you and your team does to keep us healthy.

She has been the doctor for my family or quite some time and overall has been great. But in the last few years, the front desk has become quite unprofessional. They would confuse me for other patients when making appointments for tests, they got my imaging order incorrect 5 times in one day and each time I had to point out the inconsistencies. If I needed more serious tests I would have been extremely nervous and would not have done it with them. The doctor also explained that I needed some tests run and that she'd be right back, but never returned and did not explain that they would be run on a different day (what I learned from one of their techs).

I was referred to Dr. Cheryl Diaz by one of her friends. Needed a new primary doctor. My appointment far exceeded my expectations. She is one of the kindest, sweetest doctors that I have ever met. She takes time to talk to you, and ask and answer your questions. Does not rush you in and out. She's very thorough. Had a complete physical. Dr. Diaz is a true example of how a doctor is suppose to be. She's one of a kind, in my book. Would high recommend her to any and everyone. Dr. Cheryl Case-Diaz you are the BEST! ?? Moved from CT 3 years ago where had same physician for 25 years. Cheryl Case-Diaz was highly recommended. Found her extremely knowledgeable, listens and hears, diagnosis and recommendations have been spot on, very personable, always very reachable. Recommended her to my wife and she is now her physician as well.

I’ve seen Dr. Case Diaz frequently and she always makes sure she’s looking at everything and helping me in anyway she can. I appreciate her for helping me to maintain a life while being ill.
