My initial tele-health appointment with Dr. Hall was a disaster. Her clinic failed to provide the necessary instructions for a tele-health appointment. At 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I was struggling to download Zoom - the program she uses for tele-health appointments. Her clinic failed to advise me to do so in advance. When I finally managed to connect with Dr. Hall, I could see her on my computer, but she couldn't see me. I could have tested the link in advance, but the test procedure failed to operate. The last straw was Dr. Hall's lateness. She was not ready to start a conversation with me until 25 minutes AFTER my scheduled time. According to Dr. Hall, her previous appointment had "run over". I don't plan to reschedule my appointment with her.
