Dr. Cheryl Lynn Howard, DO

Don’t even bother trying to make an appointment. After making an appointment here for my son, the office staff messed up and lost our appointment. We arrived after driving in from Pearland, fighting traffic, leaving work early which is super hard for a Teacher, and my son having to miss school, too. They said we didn’t have an appointment even though I called and made one with the receptionist which I even gave her all of our health insurance information. The receptionist even told me to arrive 15 minutes early and gave me a specific time to arrive. The office gave the impression that it was my fault and then said the receptionist must not of synced the program to lock in our appointment. All the doctor said via her office staff was that her office appointments run on time and that she can’t stay late due to her child’s collet ballgame. I am appalled my the lack of customer service. The office staff said it is not the doctors fault and I said her office staff is a reflection on… her, very poor. This is the Houston area known for great medical care, so I advise learn from me and seek cate elsewhere.

Dr. Howard is very caring and easy to talk to. She has been treating my special needs son for quite some time and has lots of patience with kids.
