I felt very confident in Dr. Iglesia's expertise and caring. I also think she is an excellent teacher.

She would listen in other previous appointment but this time there was rush because time was an issue .

Dr. Iglesia is absolutely superb - knowledgeable, smart, caring, careful, and a wonderful person. I can't imagine a better physician.

Service with Dr. Iglesia is not what it used to be, the quality has definitely gone down. At the very last minute she switched my appointment to another location, another time, with a new nurse assistant whom I knew nothing about. The call came essentially an hour ahead of my scheduled appointment time. This was very disappointing because you have to wait months on to get an appointment with Dr. Iglesia to receive a last minute call ahead of your appointment for a switch to a new nurse in a different office location with no knowledge on who you are going to see, the new person's qualifications or even if it's ok with the patient to make the change. It was very inconvenient and unprofessional with no regard nor consideration toward the patient, only to be told Dr. Iglesia is working more with patients who require surgery. On top of that, the atmosphere, staff, amd services at the office she changed my appointment to didnot seem very professional, the same quality of care that I use to… have is no longer there. Dr. Iglesia has great credentials but it is not worth it when a patient is undervalued. A patient should always be well informed on changes to their care in an appropriate way and included in the decision making (in other words, is this change okay with the patient). When you make an appointment to see a specialist, that is what you expect and that is what you are paying forl. It's not good to switch an appointment at the last hour to an inconvenient location from a doctor to a new nurse, especially with no input. The quality of services/healthcare is not what it use to be, it seems time to explore other options. Really should have given 1 star for the very unprofessional way this situation was handled.
