Dr. Cheryl Jones Kendall, MD

The wait was extremely long and it always is. I usually have to wait in the waiting room for over an hour and when we're called back to an exam room we still have to wait for a long period of time. I think it's due to overbooking. Dr. Kendall isn't very friendly. She doesn't show much care or concern. She lacks manners and in my opinion tries to dumb down patients. I've never had a great experience when going to see Dr. Kendall.

I've had a good overall experience with Dr. Kendall. I'm really pleased with the new kid friendly facility she opened recently. Her front office staff is always professional and courteous. Over the years I've one or two delayed responses to test results but was able to work through the challenge. The one problem I have with the practice is Dr. Kendall does not have a team of supporting doctors in her practice to call upon when she is not availaible. At my last visit she did have a nurse practioner, hopefully that staff person will remain and aid in support for Dr. Kendall.
